Dataset
The Dataset feature lets you connect your own healthcare data to the EkaCare platform. Once attached, agents can search and perform operations on your data — finding the right doctor, facility, or service in response to a user query. You own and manage this data. EkaCare’s agents use it as their working catalogue when serving your users. There are three types of datasets:| Dataset | What it contains | Agents use it to |
